Q: How do I do a return/exchange?
- Contact us at email@example.com and let us know what you need. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
- We will provide you with the return address and ask that you return the shoes in their original condition and with a tracking code if possible
- You must pay for the return postage back to us
- For exchanges to a different size, we will send you your exchange free of charge
- For refunds and store credits, please allow 1 to 3 business days after the shoes have been received at the return address
