To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To exchange for a different model, size or colour, contact us at We will send your exchange free of charge within Australia/New Zealand. For exchanges to other countries, you will need to pay postage. For all exchanges, you will need to cover the postage cost to send your goods back to us. Postage cost is non-refundable.

We will only provide a full refund if goods are faulty and are proved to be faulty. Please take note if you live outside of Australia to check potential taxes before ordering, as we will not be responsible for any taxes applicable in your country when you receive the parcel. We cannot provide a refund if you decide not to pay the tax to receive the parcel.

For faulty goods, we are happy to replace or refund your purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods. We will also pay for your shipping to return to us. To return goods, please email and include your name, address, contact number, description and photo of faulty goods. We will advise the return address and refund process.
