Find the correct size by referring to our Size Guide for international sizing conversions and measurements. Our shoes are based on European sizing, and range from 35-41. Unfortunately, we do not currently stock half sizes.
Please note that these shoes use 100% factory fresh leather and are made to last, therefore they will take time to wear/break in, the same way leather heels and men's dress shoes do. Break-in time may take anywhere between 30-90 days, depending on how you wear or treat them. It is advised to wear them for short periods of time and with socks/stockings at the beginning, as prolonged wear before they stretch and wear in may cause pain and blistering.
Caring For Your Shoes
While these shoes can be worn on most dry surfaces, the bottom sole is made of soft leather meaning it is prone to wear and tear if it contains excessive moisture. It is advised to avoid wearing the soles in rain, mud or other wet surfaces. It is recommended that the shoes are adequately aired (away from humidity if possible) after use, particularly if there is excessive moisture. You can use general leather maintenance products such as water-repellent sprays, conditioner and polish to maintain the upper sole.

Return and exchange queries must be forwarded to email@example.com. Exchange queries must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will exchange only for change of mind - returns can only be made for faulty goods.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To exchange for a different model, size or colour, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send your exchange free of charge within Aus/NZ (international exchange will incur a $30 re-send fee), however you must cover the postage cost to send your goods back to us. Postage cost is non-refundable.
We will only provide a full refund if goods are faulty and are proved to be faulty. Please take note if you live outside of Australia to check potential taxes before ordering, as we will not be responsible for any taxes applicable in your country when you receive the parcel. We cannot provide a refund if you decide not to pay the tax to receive the parcel.
For faulty goods, we are happy to replace or refund your purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods. We will also pay for your shipping to return to us. To return goods, please email email@example.com and include your name, address, contact number, description and photo of faulty goods. We will advise the return address and refund process.
Shipping within Australia & New Zealand is free, all shipments outside of Australia/NZ have a flat rate charge of $10 AUD on the total order.
For shipments within Australia, please allow 5 to 10 business days to receive your goods. For all shipments to countries outside of Australia, please allow 15 to 30 business days to receive your goods. All goods are registered and tracked. All shipping is sent by regular registered mail. If you require your goods urgently, an express shipping option is available at checkout for an extra charge. Alternatively you can email firstname.lastname@example.org to request an alternate shipping method. Please note this may incur additional fees.
*Please note our shipping does not cover customs taxes and charges that may be applied by your local customs facility. We cannot estimate or cover any tax charges that may or may not be applied to your parcel if it is withheld by your country's customs office. We can help to track your parcel until it reaches the customs facility in the country of destination. If you do not receive your parcel within the expected time, please contact your local postal service as it may be withheld. If you live outside of Australia or New Zealand, please check your customs taxes before ordering.
