First you will need to measure your foot length in mm (please try the method we recommend below). Then use the Size Quiz below to get our guidance on your closest size by size grade.

For the question relating to width, please consider whether you normally need to stretch your other fashion shoes (like ballet flats, stilettos, block heels etc - not sneakers).

Please note this is only the guidance we provide based on our experience with our other customers. Due to different parts of the feet that may contribute to different fittings, we cannot guarantee that the size advice provided in our quiz is 100% accurate.

Our method for measuring the feet may be a little unconventional, but we find this the best way to measure length on your own and with minimal inaccuracies.

1. Place your foot flat with the heel against a wall. Ensure you can stand up comfortably (i.e. make sure your heel isn't curled up against the wall making it seem shorter)

2. Using something box-y with a flat edge (like a tissue box or a yoga block), pop it perpendicular against your longest toe. Stand up to check your heel is comfortably against the wall and the object is touching your longest toe parallel to the wall.

3. Step away carefully then using a measuring tape, measure the length between the wall and the object in mm. Do it for both feet.

4. Use the lower measurement to find the size we recommend by grade

5. If you are unsure about width, contact us and we will try to help you find your best match

To help understand how the fitting of each shoe runs, we have categorised them into 3 'grades'.

  • Grade 1: runs mostly true to size
  • Grade 2: runs a little large, around a quarter to half a size
  • Grade 3: runs very large, around a half to 3/4 size

When you do our Size Quiz above, note down our recommendation for your size in each grade - this will give you guidance on which size to consider when you are browsing at different shoes with different fittings

This is for reference if you like to see what our EU sizing generally converts to in other size metrics.

Q: How do your shoes compare in sizing to other brands?
Our shoes generally run slightly larger than other fashion brands, particularly vs UK and US brands.

Q: I'm a half size, what should I choose?
Please size down if you are a half size

    Q: I have wide feet/high arches/bunions/swelling - should I size up?
Instead of sizing up, we normally recommend choosing a wide fitting leather style and spending time softening and stretching the upper. Our shoes run slightly large so if you size up, you may risk having a shoe that is too long.

Click here to see the different widths by style.

Q: My shoes feel really tight! Should I size up?
If they feel too tight in length, we recommend exchanging for a size down. If it is only the width that is tight, we recommend spending time to stretch and soften the upper. Use our hairdryer+socks trick for an easy and painless method of stretching out your new shoes.

Q: My shoes feel a bit loose! Should I size down?
Move your feet forward so they feel comfortable in the front part of the shoe. If you have 1.5cm or more in the back heel, then please exchange for a size down. If you have about 1cm or less in the back, please use an insole or heel grip (a size down will be too tight both length and width wise).

All of our styles fit the same length wise, but some designs are easier to stretch width ways or have a rounder/wider toecap. Please note that our vegan (v) styles do not stretch as much as leather.

We recommend opting for a wider fitting style if you have:

    • Wide set feet
    • High arches
    • Bunions/injuries
    • Prone to swelling
